Voucher Request Form

In accordance with the Legislative Act of 13 April 2020 “Measures to address the continuing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and other urgent provisions” (Greek Government Gazette I 84 of 13 April 2020), we have issued a credit voucher for the total amount paid by the client for the corresponding non-refundable reservation affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

*Please note that if you have booked a package holiday through a Tour Operator then you have to contact your Tour Operator / Travel Agency Directly.

In case you have a Non Refundable Reservation which you have already paid but you are not able to visit the Hotel booked, because of the unexpected situation of Covid-19, then you can register for your free Travel Voucher. Please use the registration form below:
